Triple Play: Healthy Habits*
Part of a national Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) program, Triple Play teaches members of all ages about diet, health and exercise. Members learn the importance of healthy food choices and being active every day.
SMART Girls is a girls-only group, lead by a female staff member, and explores personal attitudes and values as girls build skills and knowledge for eating right, staying physically fit, and developing positive relationships with peers and adults.
